This plan is for a family with 3 to 5 members. The Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Plan is a lifestyle coaching program that addresses us as multi-dimensional beings. The Family Plan focuses on sound nutritional meals and guidelines for healthy emotional living. This includes discussing healthy relationships and Spiritual encouragement for each family member.
We Start With Nutrition First:
Good nutrition is essential for optimal health however it is only one component. We start with nutrition first. But we address other aspects as we move along the path to wellness and a well- balanced life. With Healthy Eating and Lifestyle plans for small families (3-5 members), we look at each individual’s needs and concerns. We develop a workable plan for the whole family. Sometimes in a family, the needs are very diverse but we can find creative ways to make it all work together. A short preliminary consult to determine the basic needs of each family member generally takes 30 to 40 minutes. A follow -up planning session follows to review recommendations for each family member. This session is generally 60 minutes or longer. However, the length of this session is dependant upon the size of the family and the number of varied nutritional needs we must address.
We recap each session with an email summarizing our discussion. It includes the plan we have set to reach our goals as a family and for each individual. Generally we will schedule a revisit appointment after 4 to 6 weeks to tweak our plan and set further goals.
